Schedule A-16-RS—Residential Service
Type of Service
Single phase, 60 cycle at available voltages with a maximum of 25 KVA.
Rate
Base Charge: $33.75/Mo.
First 200 KWH: $0.164/KWH
Over 200 KWH: $0.100/KWH
Minimum Monthly Charge
The monthly base charge under the above rate schedule shall be $33.75 and will require a 50 Kwh minimum purchase. In the event that the monthly usage is 50 Kwh or less, the minimum amount will be $41.95 at net or $46.15 at gross.
Terms of Payment
The above charges are net, the gross rate being ten percent (10%) higher. In the event the current monthly bill is not paid within ten (10) days from the date of the bill, the gross rate shall apply.
Payment must be in the office before 5:00 p.m. on the bill due date of each month to qualify for the net rate. If the bill due date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the payment must be in the office before 5:00 p.m. on the following business day.
Schedule A-16-LP - Large Power Service
Type of Service
Three phase, 60 cycle, at available voltage over 50 KVA of transformer capacity.

- First 200 KWh/KW of Demand - $0.077/KWh

The billing demand shall be the maximum kilowatt demand established by the Consumer for any period of fifteen consecutive minutes during the month for which the bill is rendered, as indicated or recorded by a demand meter and adjusted for power factor as follows:
Power Factor Adjustment and Capacitors
The Consumer agrees to maintain unity power factor as nearly as practicable. Demand chargeswill be adjusted for average power factors lower than ninety-five percent (95%) when the District deems it necessary. Such adjustments will be made by increasing the measured demand two percent (2%) for each one percent (1%) by which the average power factor is less than 95% lagging. All motors of 10 H.P. or more must be equipped with properly sized capacitors.

The above charges are net, the gross being ten percent (10%) higher. In the event the current monthly bill is not paid within ten (10) days from the date of the bill, the gross rates shall apply. Payment must be in the office before 5:00 p.m. on the bill due date of each month to qualify for the net rate. If the bill due date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the payment must be in the office before 5:00 p.m. on the following business day.

Minimum Annual Charge
The minimum annual base charge shall be calculated according to the following:
- The Facilities Charge or Standby Charge per season as per the appropriate rate schedule above. (No KWH allowed)
The minimum annual base charge shall be due and payable at the beginning of each season before service is available.
Capacitors, Power Factor Correction, Fused Disconnect
Capacitors to correct power factor are required on all irrigation service with motors over 10 HP, in accordance with the District’s irrigation service contract. Fused disconnects are required on all irrigation services.
Terms of Payment
Terms of payment shall be in accordance with Board approved policy for the District.
Schedule A 16-SP/CS----Single-Phase Small Commercial Service
Single phase, 60 cycle at available voltage requiring 50 KVA or less of total transformer capacity.

Minimum Monthly Charge
The minimum monthly base charge under the above rate schedule shall be $35.50 per month and will require a 100 Kwh purchase. In the event that the monthly usage is 100 Kwh or less, the minimum amount due will be $54.10 net or $59.51 gross.

Seasonal Service
Consumers requiring service only during certain seasons not exceeding nine (9) months per year may guarantee a minimum annual charge in which case there shall be no minimum monthly charge. The annual charge shall be sufficient to assure adequate compensation for the facilities installed to serve the Consumer and, in no event, shall it be less than $438.00. The annual charge does not include any energy used. The annual charge shall be paid in advance each year at the beginning of each season, which shall be January 1 of each year.
Terms of Payment
Payment must be in the office before 5:00 p.m. on the bill due date of the month. If the bill due date falls on a weekend or a holiday, the payment must be in the office before 5:00 p.m. on the following business day.
Schedule A-16-SRS - Seasonal Residential (Cabins) Service
